Public Sector People are partnering with local government organisation to recruit for a Manager Traffic and Transport.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a specialised team focused on delivering strong transport planning and traffic engineering outcomes for one NSW's largest and diverse local government areas.
n
Contract: Initial 3 months contract with potential to extend and opportunity to go permanent.
n Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $120 p/h + super (negotiable depending on experience and suitability for role.)
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Manage effective transport planning, traffic engineering and active transport functions.
n
Oversee traffic advice for development applications and planning proposals.
n
Coordinate transport-related capital works programs.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
n
Minimum 12 months experience leading technical transport and traffic teams within NSW.
n
