We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead our retail showroom in Cannington. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys driving sales, developing teams, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Leading day-to-day store and showroom operations
n
Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs
n
Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
n
Managing rosters, onboarding and team performance
n
Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues
n
Overseeing stock control, stocktakes and inventory management
n
Maintaining high showroom presentation and merchandising standards
n
Managing reporting, banking, budgeting and operational compliance
n
Supporting warehouse and delivery operations where required
n
Ensuring compliance with WH&S; policies and safe work practices
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous retail management experience in a quick-paced environment
n
Strong leadership and people management skills
n
Proven ability to drive sales performance and team results
n
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
n
Confidence using POS systems,
Microsoft Office and retail management systems
n
A hands-on approach with the ability to support all areas of store operations
n
Availability to work Saturdays as part of a roster
n
n
Experience in bathroom, plumbing, hardware, renovation or interior retail will be highly regarded.
n
Physical Requirements of the Role
n
This role includes both showroom and operational responsibilities and involves regular standing, walking and manual handling tasks, including safely lifting and moving products up to *****kg. Reasonable adjustments will be considered in accordance with applicable workplace and anti-discrimination legislation.
