ABOUT THE ROLE
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for handling front of house requirements for Retail, Internal and Warranty work.n

YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION -
n
n
n
Scheduling service appointments and managing fleet and retail customers for Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars
n
Utilising DMS (ERA) proficiently and accurately
n
Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
n
Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations
n

A Dealership experienced Service Advisor and/or Service Receptionist
n
Energy, commitment and team work
n
Full Australian Drivers Licence
n
Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
n
A strong communicator who takes ownership and control of the customer
n
Positive energy
