The Role & Business
n
Working as a Junior / Intermediate Contracts Administrator for a Tier 2 Builder, you will bereporting to an experienced Project Manager working on a range of high-profile commercial projects within Sydney. As a CA, you will be involved in all post-contract award decisions from procurement, letting subcontract trade packages, management of RFI's, variations and progress claims, EOT's and NoD's. As your experience grows, you will start to gain a robust understanding of Head Contract Management and preparing and presenting monthly Cost Reports to the Directors. Typically working on 1-2 concurrent projects depending on the size of the projects, you will gain strong exposure to working on site which in turn will grow your technical building skills.

The Builder are a well recognised Tier 2 Construction firm who build commercial projects $5 - $150M and growing. Qualifications & Experience
n
You will have finished a Bachelor of Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture
n
You will have a minimum of 2 years industry experience working for a recognised Contractorin Sydney in the commercial sector
n
Your key drivers will be about wanting to be part of something and work with professional people whilst building quality projects
n
Your attitude will be your biggest asset - you will be hard working, have a positive mindset and be eager to learn
n
You will have worked with good construction software
n
You will be easily commutable to Sydney CBD
n
