n We're currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant for a long-term opportunity based in Henderson with a well-established engineering company supporting the marine, mining, and industrial sectors.
n This is a hands-on office support role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, working within a practical trade-based setting, and supporting day-to-day operations across various administrative duties

Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Key Duties
:n
n
n
Reception and phone enquiries
n
High-volume data entry into company systems
n
Processing supplier invoices
n
Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery dockets
n
Processing supplier invoices and supporting accounts payable functions
n




Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations
n
Maintaining accurate financial and supplier records
n
Filing, scanning, and document management
n
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
n
Supporting management and workshop staff
n
n
Requirements
:n
n
n
Previous administration / reception experience
n
Strong data entry and organisational skills
n
Previous accounts payable or invoice processing experience highly regarded
n
Microsoft Office suits
n
Experience using accounting or ERP systems preferred
n
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
n
Professional communication skills
n
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
n
