We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused National Customer Service Representative to join our Trade Sales team in North Melbourne.
About the Role:
n
As the National Customer Service Representative, you will play an significant role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting our national Trade Sales function.
n
You will work closely customers and Business Development Managers to process orders and help customers find the right product solutions.
n
You will:
n
n
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, counter, email and online channels
n
Provide excellent customer service across trade sales, quotations,



and order processing
n
Provide product information and solution focused support to customers
n
Prepare sales quotations and processing sales and purchase orders
n
Manage customer order and ensuring accurate and timely communication
n
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in architectural hardware is a plus, but not required
