Australian Venue Co. is growing its Melbourne portfolio, and we're looking for experienced hospitality leaders to join our management teams across the city.
n
As we grow, so do our people. Existing Venue Managers are progressing into larger venues, new sites and broader leadership roles, creating new opportunities across our portfolio.
n
From iconic pubs and food-led venues to high-volume, late-night and entertainment destinations, our Melbourne portfolio includes some of the city's best-known venues, including Hotel Esplanade (The Espy), Garden State Hotel and Morris House.
The Prospect n
As a Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of your venue's people, performance and guest experience, including:
n

Leading and developing high-performing teams
n
Driving commercial performance with full P&L; accountability
n
Managing labour, stock, costs and operational performance
n
Delivering exceptional guest experiences
n
Identifying opportunities to grow revenue
n
Developing future leaders and succession plans
n
Maintaining strong compliance, safety and operational standards
n
About You n
We're looking for experienced Venue Managers and General Managers with:
n
n
High-volume pub, bar,



restaurant or entertainment experience
n
Strong commercial and P&L; capability
n
Proven people leadership and team development skills
n
Confidence operating in complex, fast-paced environments
n
A passion for great hospitality and guest experiences
n
What's on Offer n
n
$95,000-$120,000 + Super, plus a performance bonus of up to $44,000 p.a. paid quarterly - OTE $164,000 + Super.
