About the Role
n
We're looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team.
n
This is a diverse hands-on role, combining office administration, online order processing and customer service. You'll play an important part in making sure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and our day-to-day operations run smoothly.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Picking, processing and dispatching online orders accurately and on time
n
Responding to customer enquiries via email and providing friendly, helpful service
n
General office administration, including filing,



data entry and customer support
n
Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks across the business
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
Organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail
n
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
n
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently
n
Proactive and willing to help wherever needed
n
Interested in e-commerce, administration and/or customer service
n
Passionate about fashion and social media
n
n
Previous experience is not needed — we're happy to train the right person.
n
A genuine passion for social media and an interest in creating content will be highly regarded.
