Working closely with clinical teams and hospital staff, you will provide leadership and guidance to Security Officers while supporting the management of security incidents, emergency events, aggressive behaviours, patient-related security matters, and fire and safety responses.**About you**Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:* Ensure that comprehensive security services and assistance is provided at all times to staff, patients,
