We're looking for a reliable Kitchen Porter to join the team at Sandbar, our beachfront venue in the heart of Surfers Paradise.
n
This is a great prospect for someone looking for ***** hours per week, working primarily across our busy breakfast shifts.

What you'll be doing
n

n
Supporting the kitchen team with cleaning and general kitchen duties
n
n
Washing dishes, pots and pans
n
n
Keeping the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and organised
n
n
Assisting with deliveries, stock movement and rubbish removal
n
n
Helping the chefs with basic kitchen tasks when required
n
n
Following food safety and workplace hygiene standards
n
n
Working as part of a fast-paced and supportive kitchen team
n
n
About you
n

Reliable, hardworking and punctual
n
n
Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
n
n
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
n
n




Able to work well as part of a team
n
n
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential
n
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n

Breakfast shifts - approximately 8am-2pm
