About the Role:We're looking for a Retail and Dispatch Storeperson to join our growing team at our Beerwah branch on the Sunshine Coast.As the face of The Pump House, you'll be the first person our customers see when they walk through the door (or give us a call!).
From helping them find the right product, to keeping our store looking fresh and welcoming, no two days are ever the same.

and professional service in-store and over the phone Process sales quickly and accurately through our POS system - training provided Offer product advice and solutions - training provided Provide leads to our project sales teams from customer enquiries Process and dispatch deliveries and stock Work across both the shop floor and dispatch area, maintaining a clean and safe environment Work as part of a tight-knit, reliable and supportive team About You: Related industry knowledge or trade qualification highly regarded (plumbing, mechanical, electrical etc.) A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a tight-knit team Driver's licence and forklift licence (preferred) Versatility to work across both retail and dispatch areas Customer-focused approach with solid communication skills What We Offer: $70k-$90k + super + incentives Extensive training opportunities Supportive, down-to-earth culture Long-term job security with clear career progression Above all, attitude matters.
