As a
BIG Merchandiser,
you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you'llensure operational excellence through accurate task execution - covering everything from
replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches
and more.
About the Role n
Territory: LAKEWOOD and surrounds (Suburbs may include, but are not limited to,Lake Cathie Lakewood and Lauriton).
n
Hours: Average of
15
hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)
n
Availability:
Wednesday to Fridayavailability is essential
; flexibility forTuesdayis highly regarded.
n
Essential: Driver license and car
Key Responsibilities n
n
Driving strong
relationships
with store personnel
n
Building and maintaining
quality displays
in store
n
Negotiating
promotional
space
n
Executing planograms
n
Submit tasks & quality photos dailyvia smartphone/tablet
n
Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
n
Safely performing the
physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending,



lifting, and repetitive movements.
n
Successful candidate will need n
n
Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
n
A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
n
Strong& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
n
An ability to work autonomously
n
Ability to perform the
physical & repetitive
requirements of the role
