Key responsibilities include:Providing counselling, case management, crisis intervention and risk assessments.Supporting students experiencing emotional, behavioral or mental-health challenges.Coordinating referrals to external professionals and support servicesWorking collaboratively with students, families, staff and external agenciesAdvising and supporting staff in responding to student wellbeing needs.Developing and delivering mental-health, resilience and wellbeing initiativesContributing toCollegecounselling,
