About the role Mello House seeks for someone experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable concierge team member to join their team.
They will be an industry skilled with extensive knowledge and a true passion for customer service.
This is a part time role, with a minimum of 24 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge of Opera Cloud – Proficient in handling guest profiles, reservations, billing, and room allocation.
Experience with iVvy or similar event management software – Confident in coordinating guest events, bookings, and venue layouts.




Event Planning & Coordination – Able to assist with organising private dinners, meetings, celebrations, and special experiences.
Tech-savvy & Adaptive – Quick to learn and use new apps, platforms, and internal tools.
Personalised Guest Service – Capable of tailoring recommendations and experiences to each guest's preferences and needs.
Problem-Solving Abilities – Resourceful and calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to guest requests and complaints.
Multitasking & Time Management – Able to manage multiple guest requests, priorities, and tasks simultaneously.
