Our sophisticated surroundings, personalised service and attention to detail create an environment where every interaction is an opportunity to create something memorable.Located on Level 12, Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge is one of the hotel's signature spaces, offering premium cocktails, elegant High Tea and stunning views in a sophisticated rooftop setting.Job DescriptionAs a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant at Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge, you will deliver polished, personalised service across our rooftop bar and lounge, helping create memorable experiences for every guest.You will:Deliver warm, attentive and personalised table service in a luxury environmentLook after guests throughout their experience, anticipating their needs and ensuring exceptional service from arrival through to departureProvide elegant and attentive service during our High Tea experiencesAssist with the setup, service and pack-down of High Tea, ensuring every detail is presented to our luxury standardAssist the bar team during busy service, including preparing and delivering drinks, maintaining the bar area and supporting smooth service, without necessarily working behind the barHave a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offering and confidently make recommendations to guestsMaintain a high standard of presentation,
