Working closely with the clinical and care team, you will provide clinical support, monitor resident wellbeing and ensure care is delivered in line with individual needs and best practice.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residentsComplete clinical assessments and develop, implement and review care plansAdminister medications and complete accurate clinical documentationMonitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in conditionProvide wound care and other clinical procedures as requiredWork collaboratively with ENs, PCWs, GPs,
