This is an exciting opportunity to coach and develop a team of Account Managers, build strong customer partnerships and drive sustainable growth across the region.What You'll Do:Lead, coach and support a team of Account Managers across QueenslandFoster an inclusive, high-performing and customer-focused team cultureBuild trusted partnerships with customers in food and beverage manufacturingSupport customers with water, hygiene and operational improvement solutionsCollaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomesDevelop and execute strategic plans that drive customer success and business growthAbout You and What You'll bring:Experience leading, coaching or developing sales or customer-facing teamsA passion for helping people grow and succeedStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to influence, collaborate and build trust at all levelsExperience in industrial, manufacturing,
