About Mpower Mpower is a well-established, accredited not-for-profit community-based organisation servicing South West Victoria.
Established in ****, the operation of Mpower has grown from a small voluntary service to an accredited agency employing more than 130 staff, providing a range of clinical and support services to over **** families regionally.

About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will provide safe, consistent and person-centred support across our Out of Home Care and Disability Services programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children and young people in Out of Home Care homes
Assisting with daily living tasks, routines and skill development
Supporting social inclusion, community participation and independence
Building positive and respectful relationships
Responding to behaviours of concern using therapeutic and person-centred approaches
Completing accurate documentation and case notes
Working across a 24/7 roster, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers, active nights and public holidays as required
This is a hands-on role that requires confidence, adaptability and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
