Commercial (variations, claims, WIP) sits with the PM/CA.Key responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end site delivery on assigned projects — programme, sequencing, resourcingOwn QA: inspection and test plans live, hold points enforced, records complete and audit-readyOwn AS compliance — waterproofing, concrete repair, fire safety works built and verified to standardDirect Site Supervisors and foremen; set the delivery standard across the projectOwn the project programme in OnlineGantt; report progress and risk weeklyManage engineer,



certifier and third-party verification interfacesManage subcontractor delivery performance (commercial terms sit with PM/CA)Own safety leadership on the project — audits, incident response, SafetyCulture complianceRun the resident/strata interface at project level on occupied buildingsTrade background or construction management qualificationFire safety (passive/active) delivery experienceAbout youDeep working knowledge of waterproofing, concrete repair, façade and fire safety standardsWhite Card; driver's licenceBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
