we have created a new headcount for a Sales Development Manager to join our Wound Closure team in NSW.
Based in Sydney, the role is primarily focused on driving growth of the Wound Closure portfolio by leading strategic customer and hospital conversions, building long-term relationships with HCPs, and delivering tailored solutions that improve customer outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAccelerating business growth by driving adoption of the Wound Closure portfolio and delivering outstanding sales results across key accountsCultivating trusted partnerships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital stakeholders to create exceptional customer experiences and long-term loyaltyIdentifying and unlocking new opportunities through strategic account planning, deep customer insights, and tailored solutions that address evolving healthcare needsCollaborating with Marketing, Professional Education, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative customer programs that drive meaningful clinical and business outcomesChampioning a culture of innovation and excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives, strengthening product expertise, and delivering value beyond the productAbout YouProven hospital sales experience within medical devices and preferably experience working in the operating theatre environment,
