We're looking for a Duty Manager who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team and making sure every shift runs smoothly.You'll work closely with the Venue Manager to:Lead the team through busy services and create a welcoming experience for guestsOpen and close the venue, including cash handling and end-of-shift proceduresCoach team members and maintain robust service standardsOversee day-to-day operations across food, beverage and gamingRespond to guest feedback and maintain liquor, gaming and safety complianceAbout youYou've led shifts in a pub, hotel, club or similar licensed venue and can make confident decisions when things get busy.
You're approachable,
