Your opportunity
As the Quality & Clinical Practice Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted clinical advisor, partnering with operational leaders and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen quality, safety and clinical governance across our home care services.
You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives, support accreditation readiness, oversee incident investigations and use clinical insights to influence practice improvements that enhance client outcomes and service excellence.

You'll make an impact by
Partnering with leaders and multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence, quality outcomes and best-practice care delivery.
Leading audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives that strengthen client safety and service performance.
Identifying clinical and quality risks and implementing proactive strategies that support compliance and continuous improvement.
Developing, reviewing and embedding clinical policies, procedures and governance frameworks aligned to contemporary practice and regulatory requirements.
Coaching and mentoring staff to build capability, promote reflective practice and strengthen person-centred care.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need the following qualifications:
Registered Nurse or Allied Health qualification with a minimum of five years' experience in aged care.
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance and risk management frameworks.
Experience conducting audits, investigations, gap analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Current driver's licence.
National Police Check.
