This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident's daily lives.What you will do:Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living and wellbeingBuild meaningful relationships with residents and their familiesWork collaboratively with a diverse team to create a vibrant, safe, and welcoming communitySupport health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives in line with Summerset's valuesThis is a casual position, working on an as-needed basis.We're seeking team members who are available to cover afternoon shifts (2:45pm to 10:00pm) and night shifts (9:45pm to 7:15am).
