About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in our Urology Ward, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care and supporting patients throughout their recovery journey.




Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based nursing care in line with best practice standards
Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout treatment and recovery
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, medical specialists, allied health professionals and nursing colleagues
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Advocate for patients and promote a culture of safe clinical practice
Support positive patient experiences through compassionate, person-centred care
About You
You are a passionate and skilled clinician who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 3 years' experience in surgical nursing
Demonstrated experience in urology nursing
Current Working with Children Check
Solid clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Commitment to quality and safety standards
Sound understanding of ACQSHC National Standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Intermediate computer literacy

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF – NSW Nurses and Midwives' – Enterprise Agreement ****, a salary ranging from $***** - $***** per hour.
