In this role, you will document current-state processes, identify opportunities to simplify and align with standard SAP functionality, and design future-state processes using BPMN standards and Signavio.
You will work closely with stakeholders to support a potential transition from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA, helping ensure legacy customisations are challenged and only value-adding processes are retained.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument current-state Core HCM and Payroll processesAnalyse and identify opportunities to simplify processes using standard SAP capabilitiesDevelop future-state process models using BPMN and SignavioProduce key business analysis artefacts, including requirements documentation, use cases,
