About the Role
We are seeking for a UX Designer to join our Adelaide team.
In this role, you will work to create user-centred digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with both customer and business goals.
You will focus on understanding users through research, translating insights into practical design solutions, and continuously testing and improving experiences to ensure they are effective and easy to use.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
Analyse insights to inform design decisions.
Translate user needs into actionable design requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.
Design coherent user flows and interaction models.
Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly.
Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions.
Identify UX improvements and iterate designs.
Ensure solutions meet usability and accessibility standards.
Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards.
Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Advocate for best practices in UX and UI design.
Qualifications
Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process
7+ years' experience in UX or product design
Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
Experience taking products or features through the full UX process.
Planning and conducting user interviews, surveys, workshops, usability testing, and other research activities.
Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and interaction models.
