We're looking for a commercially minded Financial Analyst to help drive business performance through data-led insights, forecasting and strategic analysis.
As part of our Finance team and reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting and analysis activities across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and proactive finance professional who enjoys transforming data into meaningful insights that influence decision-making and support organisational growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process,
helping establish accurate financial and operational targets
Assist in preparing monthly management reporting, including Board, CEO and Business Unit reporting with variance analysis and commentary
Contribute to the development of the five-year long-term planning model
Prepare weekly operational performance dashboards and reporting
Deliver financial and operational modelling, including sensitivity and scenario analysis to support business decision-making
Support month-end activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance and reporting activities
Provide ad hoc analysis and support as required
About You
You're a commercially aware and analytically solid finance professional who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively and using data to drive better business outcomes.
You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CA or CPA qualification
Minimum three years' FP&A; experience within multinational organisations, ASX-listed businesses or similarly structured environments
Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capability
Experience working with large datasets and identifying key business drivers
Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query
Experience using BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Datarails, Adaptive Insights or similar platforms
Strong written,
verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
