We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to help lead the delivery of a master planned community in Melbourne's growth corridor.This is a pivotal, hands on role with the opportunity to shape a community from its earliest stages, working across planning, infrastructure, commercial delivery and stakeholder engagement.
You will play a key part in bringing together thoughtful planning, quality infrastructure and a genuine sense of place, helping to create a community where people can truly thrive.About the roleReporting into the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the end to end delivery of a significant residential greenfield development, including:Leading planning and infrastructure delivery across all stages of the projectManaging commercial outcomes, budgets and project feasibilityOverseeing consultants, contractors and delivery partnersBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with local council,



government authorities and community stakeholdersContributing to the strategic direction and long term vision for the communityAbout youYou will bring proven experience in land development or master planned community development, exposure to built form is desirable but not essential.You will also bring:A strong understanding of the residential development lifecycle, from planning through to civil works and settlementDemonstrated experience managing external consultants and stakeholdersStrong commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and project riskExcellent communication and relationship building skillsThe ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on deliveryThe ability to work in a fast paced nimble workplace and leverage your skills and networks to deliver outcomes.
