About the Role
We are seeking for a Project Manager to join our Adelaide team.
In this role, you will work to maintaining the integrated program delivery position across schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, financial forecast, resource requirements, change control and governance.
You will work across Technology & Delivery, Product & Customer, Operations and other HAMBS functions to ensure delivery commitments are integrated, transparent and supported by credible plans and forecasts.
Responsibilities
Maintain program milestones, critical path, dependencies, assumptions, constraints and schedule contingency
Work with functional delivery owners to ensure plans are sufficiently detailed, logically integrated and supported by credible delivery and resource assumptions.
Monitor actual progress against baseline and forecast, identify emerging variance and assess downstream impacts on milestones, resources and cost.
Coordinate integrated planning, reforecasting and scenario-planning activities across the program.
Maintain a forward view of upcoming milestones, decision points, resource requirements and delivery constraints.
Work with functional leaders to reconcile program resource demand against available and planned capacity.
Drive cross-functional actions and dependencies through to resolution, escalating where intervention is required to protect program outcomes.
Apply appropriate traditional, agile and hybrid project management practices according to the nature of the work and HAMBS delivery environment.
Maintain clear traceability of significant program decisions, changes and assumptions.
Monitor governance actions and interventions through to closure, escalating overdue or ineffective actions.
Monitor agreed delivery measures including milestone performance, delivery commitments, throughput, testing and defect performance, readiness and other relevant indicators.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with executive sponsors, functional leaders, Product Owners, delivery leads, SMEs, customers, vendors and other program stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment where delivery responsibilities, dependencies or priorities cross organisational boundaries.
Establish clarity of ownership and accountability for program commitments, actions and dependencies.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, Information Technology or a related field; or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2/Prince2 Agile Practitioner or equivalent.

Agile or hybrid delivery certification such as AgilePM, PMI-ACP, SAFe or equivalent.

7+ years' demonstrated project management experience, including senior responsibility for complex technology, transformation or business-change initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stream projects or programs involving significant cross-functional dependencies.
Strong experience developing and maintaining integrated schedules, critical paths, milestones and delivery forecasts.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining integrated financial forecasts for complex technology initiatives, including actuals, commitments, forecast-to-complete, EAC and variance analysis.
