In this role you will own the analysis and reporting of Supply Chain operating performance across 6 distribution centres, business partnering with DC managers to drive insights, forecast accuracy and continuous improvement for the Commercial Team in ANZ.
Key responsibilities:
Perform the weekly and monthly analysis and reporting of Supply Chain operating performance across all 6 distribution centres.
Scope includes Warehousing, Freight and Weigh Label RoomsDrive the completion of forecast updates – ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clear articulation of risks and opportunitiesWork with the Commercial Manager to prepare and refine budgets, site standards and financial targetsDig deeper into performance drivers to surface actionable insights and identify cost savings and efficiency opportunitiesChallenge the status quo – constructively question existing processes, assumptions and reporting to improve rigour and add valueBusiness partner with DC managers to translate financial analysis into operational decisions and actionCompletion of monthly balance sheet recs (about 4 accounts)Provide ad hoc reporting and financial support to Supply Chain projects, site benchmarking and performance comparisons
Key requirements:




Professional qualification (CA or CPA) preferred - or working towardsAt least 5 years' experience working in a manufacturing, supply chain or logistics environmentProven business partnering skills with operational stakeholdersStrong communication, interpersonal, analytical and technology skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and complex business environmentProficient in using multiple management information systems and advanced Excel skillsSelf-starter who takes ownership and drives outcomes with minimal directionNaturally curious – digs deeper to find the root cause, not just the surface answerConfident to challenge the status quo and question established processes and assumptionsSelf-assured verbal and written communicator with robust stakeholder engagement skillsAnalytical, critical thinker with high attention to detail and sound business judgementAble to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
