You will be working with experienced trades and a solid leadership team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor looking for their next challenge, or a high-performing Leading Hand ready to take the next step into a Site Supervisor role.As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects from commencement through to completion.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Supervising residential building and insurance restoration projectsManaging and coordinating subcontractors and trades on siteOverseeing QBuild projects and other insurance-related worksEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standardsCoordinating site activities, materials,
trades and project requirementsConducting regular site inspections and maintaining high standards of workmanshipManaging client and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycleIdentifying and resolving site issues as they ariseEnsuring all works are completed in accordance with relevant building codes, WHS requirements and company proceduresMaintaining accurate project documentation and reportingWorking closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Assessors and the wider operations teamRequirementsWe are open to candidates at different stages of their supervisory career.Previous experience in residential construction, building, insurance restoration or a related environmentExperience supervising trades and subcontractorsStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA strong understanding of construction processes and site safetyThe ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesA practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solvingA strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityA current driver's licenceBenefitsStable organisationGreat culture from the top downEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Strong pipeline of workBrunel is proud to be equal prospect employer and encourages applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and female candidates.
