Your responsibilities
Support annual budgeting and monthly S&OP;, identifying key risks and opportunities
Manage and monitor trade investment, partnering with Sales to optimise spend and ROI
Support pricing and margin analysis to drive profitable commercial outcomes
Partner with marketing on promotional planning and A&CP; investment
Support NPD commercial analysis, including pricing, volume, margin and return
Turn commercial data into clear insights and recommendations that support better decision making
About You
You're a commercially minded, analytical and enjoy turning numbers into meaningful insights.
You'll bring:
2+ years' experience in commercial finance, analysis, or similar role ideally within FMCG
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Confident communication skills and proven ability to collaborate cross functionally
Strong organisation and time management skills in a rapid-paced environment
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with planning systems, Blueshift or Microsoft Navision is advantageous
