About the Role
Join our team as an Associate Unit Manager and help lead a skilled nursing team.
You'll support daily unit operations, champion quality care, build team capability and help drive positive practice change.
Lead day to day unit operations and care delivery
Build staff capability, performance and team culture
Drive practice change, quality and safe care
Manage rosters, leave, staffing, resources and supplies
Support recruitment, guide staff and build strong partnerships
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll bring the right registration, experience and a collaborative approach.
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice
Experience guiding and supporting less experienced staff
Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
Knowledge of nursing standards, quality and health legislation
