Legal and Risk teams on cross-border mattersBuilding and maintaining a strong compliance culture across the businessLeading and developing the local Compliance teamWe're ideally looking for:***** years' Australian financial services compliance experienceDeep knowledge of ASIC, AFSL and Australian regulatory requirementsExperience with investment compliance, conflicts, personal dealing, best execution and trade allocationProven experience engaging with ASICStrong advisory skills and the confidence to work with senior investment and business leadersExperience operating within a global / matrixed environmentA strategic, commercially minded approach with the ability to operate autonomously
