Join a highly regarded boutique CBD firm where you'll gain hands-on experience, quality mentoring and exposure to complex family law matters within a genuinely supportive team.Working closely with an LIV Accredited Specialist Partner, you'll be supported to further develop your technical skills, client management experience and confidence across a broad range of private family law matters.Your work may include:Complex property settlements;High value financial agreements; including superannuation splitting;Divorce and estate planning;Mediation and collaboration;Multi-party disputes;Injunctions/restraint orders;Same sex law/parenting issues;IVF/surrogacy arrangements;International children (Hague convention)
