Striker is looking for an experienced Spare Parts Sales Representative to take ownership of growing our aftermarket and spare parts business across our installed fleet of modular and mobile crushing and screening equipment.This is a commercial sales role for someone who understands heavy equipment, builds strong customer relationships and can turn future maintenance, wear-part and shutdown requirements into recurring revenue.You'll work directly with mining, quarrying and contracting customers, supported by our Parts, Procurement, Service and Engineering teams.What you'll be doingGrow spare parts and aftermarket revenue across Striker's customer baseBuild relationships with site teams, maintenance managers and key decision-makersIdentify upcoming wear-part, maintenance, shutdown and replacement requirementsDevelop a strong pipeline of future parts opportunitiesUnderstand how customer machines are being used and what they are likely to need nextWork with Procurement to help ensure the right stock is available at the right timeProvide demand forecasts based on customer activity and machine utilisationFollow up opportunities and help convert them into ordersIdentify opportunities to increase recurring customer spend and improve lifecycle supportWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone commercially driven who enjoys getting out in front of customers and developing business.You may currently be working as a:Parts Sales Representative, PSSR, Aftermarket Sales Representative, Product Support Representative, Parts Account Manager, Customer Support Representative or Territory Manager.Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:Mining equipmentCrushing and screeningEarthmoving equipmentQuarryingOEM or dealership parts salesAftermarket or product support salesA mechanical or technical background is useful, but just as important is your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and grow revenue.Striker is an Australian manufacturer of crushing and screening equipment with machines operating across mining, quarrying and contracting applications.This role gives you the chance to take ownership of an established aftermarket customer base and play a key part in growing a strategically important area of the business.You'll work closely with senior management and have the ability to directly influence how we develop our aftermarket offering, customer relationships and future spare parts growth.If you have strong heavy-equipment parts or aftermarket experience and want a role with genuine commercial ownership, we'd like to hear from you.
