PurposePrimary ResponsibilitiesThoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, all to ensure an exceptional first impressionWork diligently within the established guidelines to achieve the impeccable standards we hold dearMaintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organised and well equippedUse cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environmentRespect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfortReport maintenance issuesPrioritise and promptly fulfil guest requests, including delivering amenities, beds, cots, blankets, and pillows, and collecting items from guest rooms as neededCollaborate with all members of the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely mannerGather used linens from guest rooms and transport to the designated appropriate area
