You'll work directly with clients to design and deliver lifecycle journeys, campaigns and cross‐channel engagement experiences, combining strong MarTech capability with customer and marketing thinking.About the RoleWorking across a variety of client engagements, you'll translate lifecycle marketing and customer experience requirements into practical platform solutions.This is a hands‐on consulting role spanning journey orchestration, personalisation, segmentation, experimentation and campaign optimisation, while partnering closely with marketing, data, product and engineering teams.What You'll DoDesign and configure customer journeys and campaigns within Braze or similar platformsBuild cross‐channel lifecycle experiences across email, push, in‐app, SMS and webDevelop audiences, segmentation, triggers, decision paths and personalised contentTranslate lifecycle and customer engagement strategies into scalable platform solutionsSupport customer data, event and attribute integrations to enable activation and personalisationTest and optimise journeys,



campaigns and customer engagement use casesUse performance insights to identify opportunities for experimentation and optimisationFacilitate client workshops covering journeys, lifecycle strategy, personalisation and channel activationWork across marketing, CRM, product, analytics, data and engineering teamsWhat You'll Bring4+ years' experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, MarTech or marketing automationHands‐on experience with Braze highly regarded, or another enterprise customer engagement platformStrong experience building and delivering multi‐channel customer journeys and campaignsUnderstanding of segmentation, personalisation, journey orchestration and experimentationFamiliarity with customer events, attributes, APIs, SDKs, webhooks and integration conceptsStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsAbility to work comfortably across both marketing and technical teamsConsulting or client‐facing experience will be highly regardedThis is open to candidates in Melbourne or Sydney.This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‐on in the technology while still working closely with clients on customer engagement and lifecycle strategy.
