Hungry Jacks - Restaurant Manager Location: Glass House Mountains, QLD Position Type: Full-Time Salaried Salary: $80,000 + Superannuation Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a fulltime role.
You will play a key role in all restaurant operations.

They will be Guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.DutiesConduct structured training for crew membersDeliver individual coaching & mentoring sessionsDevelop shift plansDrive sales & profitabilityMonitor production controlsComplete business reporting for sales,



service & safetyMaintain profitability by closely monitoring costsManage all shift safety & hygiene requirementsSkills & ExperienceMinimum of 3 years Retail or Hospitality leadership experienceExperience delivering exceptional customer serviceExceptional organisational & time management skillsStrong verbal & written communication skillsProven ability to adapt and learn quicklyManagement Training PlanIf successful – you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.Week 1 to 6 – Crew Station TrainingWeek 7 to 11 – Leadership/Management TrainingWeek 12 – CertificationWhat's great about working at Hungry Jack's?
