We are looking for a Civil Litigation Lawyer for a well-established boutique law firm based in Sydney CBD.This prospect will suit a lawyer who has developed a solid litigation foundation and is looking for broader matter exposure, closer client contact and increased responsibility.About the Role:Work across a varied range of civil and commercial disputesDraft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and correspondenceUndertake legal research and prepare practical adviceAssist with mediations, negotiations and court preparationLiaise directly with clients, counsel and expertsQualifications:2-5 years' PAE in civil or commercial litigationAdmitted in New South Wales or eligible to obtain a NSW practising certificateSound understanding of court processes and dispute resolutionStrong drafting, communication and organisational skillsProactive, commercially minded and keen to develop as a litigatorWe offer competitive salary, hands-on mentoring, direct client exposure and genuine career development.
