Position Overview: /n

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing various surfaces using spray painting techniques. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about their craft and looking to join a agile and growing company.

Key Responsibilities: /n

- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and cleaning as needed

/n

- Mix paint and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures

/n

- Use spray guns and other equipment to apply paint to surfaces

/n

- Ensure a smooth and even finish by applying multiple coats and using proper techniques

/n

- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to prevent accidents and exposure to harmful chemicals

/n

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

/n

- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time





/n

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge

/n

Qualifications and Skills: /n

/n

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spray Painter in the automotiveindustry

/n

- Experience with various types of paints and coatings

/n

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

/n

- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them at all times

/n

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

/n

- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- Trade qualification in Spray Painting or relevant field is preferred

/n
