The Yiros Shop is a family-owned, Australian-based fast-food restaurant chain that's redefining the
/n experience of eating Greek-inspired street food. Born from a passion for authentic Greek flavours, our
/n menu is built on the very best fresh ingredients, and a dedication to bringing customers the perfect
/n balance of quality, taste, and tradition.
/n Since our humble beginnings, we've grown to 15 restaurants across Queensland and beyond, making
/n the iconic Greek Yiros experience accessible to more people every day. We believe great food is more

Key Responsibilities
/n • Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and build a positive, inclusive culture
/n • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management, compliance, /n scheduling, and team coordination
/n • Customer Experience: Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of service. Every guest deserves a warm welcome and a great meal
/n • Financial Management: Drive profitability by managing costs, maximising sales, and meeting KPIs
/n • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are upheld at all times

/n • Brand Representation: Be a passionate ambassador for The Yiros Shop, reflecting our values of authenticity, quality, and community in everything you do

What We're Looking For
/n • Minimum 6 to 12 months management experience in hospitality or QSR
/n • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
/n • Robust commercial awareness with a focus on KPIs and financial performance
/n • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
/n • High standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence

/n • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences

/n

Additional Information /n

Mandatory Requirements

- I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online (free online, must be completed before starting)

/n

- Valid working rights in Australia (passport and visa grant letter for international workers)

/n

- RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
