About the Role: /n

You'll join us as aPatient Coordinator , becoming the warm, welcoming face of our Mornington clinic. From day one, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

This is acustomer service and sales-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.

What You'll Be Doing /n

- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth

/n

- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs

/n

- Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care

/n

- Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion

/n

- Guide patients through financial processes, payment plans, and treatment costs with clarity.

- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently

/n

- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

/n
