Your day to day /n

/n

- Deliver exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction remains your top priority

/n

- Welcome guests warmly, take food and beverage orders, and provide personalised recommendations

/n

- Create memorable dining experiences through attentive and professional service

/n

- Acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning guests to enhance their experience

/n

- Prepare restaurant and service areas before, during, and after service periods

/n

- Greet, seat, and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner

/n

- Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel service and timing standards

/n

- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of restaurant, bar, service stations, and back-of-house areas

/n

- Manage stock rotation, replenishment, and storage procedures in accordance with food safety standards

/n

- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control of food, beverage, equipment, and linen

/n

- Attend team briefings and training sessions and support colleagues as required

/n

- Report hazards, incidents, maintenance issues, and equipment faults in accordance with WH&S; requirements

/n





- Promote a safe workplace by following food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures

/n

- Complete ad-hoc duties to support the smooth operation of the hotel

/n

What we need from you /n

/n

- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

/n

- Previous experience in a food and beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality role is highly regarded

/n

- A warm, friendly, and professional communication style

/n

- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

/n

- A valuable understanding of food and beverage service standards

/n

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

/n

- A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths

/n

- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform physical duties when required

/n

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification in Victoria

/n

- Commitment to maintaining high grooming, hygiene, and presentation standards

/n

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

/n

- You must meet the legal requirements to live and work in Australia

/n
