The Harvey Norman Darwin Electrical Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused 2IC to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

/n

As a 2IC, you have an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

/n

To be successful you must: /n · Have a passion for retail

/n · Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills

/n · Enjoy working in a team setting

What we require: /n · Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business

/n · A high level of Electrical product knowledge to support customer queries
/n · Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
/n · Have the ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching,



leading and motivating an enthusiastic team
/n · Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
/n · Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
/n · Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate

/n · Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
