Job Type: Casual and Part Time shifts available

About the Role

/n

As a Personal Care Worker,



you will work collaboratively with our clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality personal care and support to residents. Reporting to the Team Leader or Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life through respectful, resident-focused care

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Provide personal care, hygiene, grooming and oral care support

/n

- Assist residents with meals, mobility and activities of daily living

/n

- Support lifestyle and leisure activities that promote wellbeing

/n

- Observe, document and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing

/n

- Maintain accurate care documentation and records

/n

- Contribute to a safe, caring and positive environment for residents, families and colleagues

/n

- Work in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control requirements and TLC policies and procedures

/n

- Promote residents’ rights, dignity, choice and independence

/n

/n

What You’ll Need:

/n

/n

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent

/n

- Previous experience in aged care

/n

- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

/n

- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)

/n





- NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Police Check)

/n

- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia

/n

- Warm and effective communication skills

/n
