We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused National Customer Service Representative to join our Trade Sales team in North Melbourne.

About the Role: /n

As the National Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting our national Trade Sales function.

/n

You will work closely customers and Business Development Managers to process orders and help customers find the right product solutions.

/n

You will:

/n

/n

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, counter, email and online channels

/n

- Provide excellent customer service across trade sales, quotations, and order processing





/n

- Provide product information and solution focused support to customers

/n

- Prepare sales quotations and processing sales and purchase orders

/n

- Manage customer order and ensuring accurate and timely communication

/n

About You: /n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A strong customer service focus

- Good communication skills

/n

- Good attention to detail and accuracy

/n

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced trade business

/n

- Be a Team Player

/n

- Previous experience in architectural hardware is a plus, but not required
