We are looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused team member to join our fruit and grocery store in Werribee on a part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and takes pride in providing great customer service.

About the Role

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Serving customers and processing sales through our POS system
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful service
- Assisting customers with questions and helping them find products around the store
- Upselling and recommending products where appropriate
- Restocking shelves and assisting with general stock duties
- Keeping the store clean, tidy and well presented
- Working closely with other team members to ensure the store runs smoothly
- Providing a positive and welcoming experience for every customer

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, approachable and personable




- Confident speaking with customers
- Naturally helpful and customer-focused
- Comfortable recommending and upselling products
- A reliable and enthusiastic team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willing to get involved with both customer service and hands-on store duties
- Well presented and professional
- Previous retail, grocery or POS experience is an advantage, but training can be provided for the right person

Hours

This is a part time position, with days and hours to be confirmed based on the successful candidate's availability and the needs of the store.
