About the role

We are seeking a recruitment superstar that can fill all positions including Service Directors and Assistant Directors, Educational Leaders, Early Childhood Teachers, Room Leaders, Diploma- and Certificate III-qualified Educators, Cooks and service support team members, and Operational and corporate support roles. You will work closely with Service Directors and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, develop proactive recruitment strategies and deliver a professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and sourcing through to offers and pre-employment checks

- Develop engaging advertisements that communicate the Future Kidz Academy employee experience

- Proactively source candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals and other relevant channels

- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support sound selection decisions

- Build talent pipelines for critical and difficult-to-fill early childhood roles

- Verify qualifications, employment history, references, working rights and required clearances

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information

- Monitor vacancies, recruitment progress and time-to-fill

- Develop relationships with universities, TAFEs, registered training organisations and industry partners

About you

- Demonstrated recruitment experience within the Australian early childhood education and care sector

- A strong understanding of early childhood roles, qualifications and staffing requirements

- Experience managing high-volume,



end-to-end recruitment

- The ability to proactively source candidates rather than relying solely on job advertisements

- Strong interviewing, screening and reference-checking skills

- Excellent written communication and the ability to create engaging job advertisements

- Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work with operational leaders

- High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing qualifications and compliance documentation

- The ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced, growing organisation

- Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
