An prospect is available for an ambitious Sales Associate who wants to understand the business of selling property, not simply work through another agent’s task list.

Working directly alongside an agent, you’ll contribute to active campaigns and see how prospecting, buyer relationships and consistent follow-up translate into sales opportunities.

The Role

- Generate opportunities through prospecting and database calls.
- Manage buyer enquiries, identify suitable properties and follow up feedback.
- Assist with open homes, private inspections and auction preparation.
- Prepare appraisal materials and coordinate listing launches.
- Maintain accurate records and keep campaign tasks on track.

About You





- Previous experience in a real estate sales environment.
- Confident communication, strong organisation and reliable follow-through.
- Initiative, a willingness to learn and the ability to act on feedback.
- Current NSW real estate registration or licence and a driver’s licence.

You’re comfortable picking up the phone, enjoy building relationships and are serious about a long-term career in sales.
